• Die Arbeit entstand auf einer dreiwöchigen Japanreise (Tokio, Kyoto, Okayama, Naoshima). Fotografien des japanischen Alltags und Fotografien von Pflanzen derselben Orte wurden tagebuchartig einander gegenüber gestellt. Die Pflanzen wurden gesammelt, gepresst, datiert und fotografiert. Was die Fotografien verbindet, ist der gemeinsame Ort und dasselbe Datum.

  The work was started and completed during a three-week trip to Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, Okayama, Naoshima). Photographs of everyday life in Japan and photographs depicting plants in the same surroundings were put next to each other in contrast in the form of a diary. Plants were collected, pressed, dated and photographed. What the photographs have in common is the same place and the same date.
